Order Processing

Most In-Stock Items: We strive to ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. This excludes weekends and national holidays.

Pre-Order Items: For pre-order items, please allow 18–25 business days for processing before shipment. This timeframe excludes weekends and national holidays. Estimated dispatch dates are typically available on the product page.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping: Once shipped, standard domestic deliveries typically take 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: International orders typically take 15–25 business days for dispatch after your order is placed. This excludes weekends and national holidays.
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- If an item in your order is delayed, you may be eligible for a store credit voucher with a 3-month validity period. We do not offer refunds for delayed items.
- In the case of an out-of-stock item, we can only issue a store credit voucher.
- Please note that customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
